A Natural Approach To Better Health

Services and Rates

Investing in massage is an investment in your health! We offer 30, 60, and 90-minute massages for all options listed below. Prices vary depending on the type of service, length of the session, and therapist's expertise and specialization.

Relaxation/Swedish

If it's your first time receiving a massage, or you don't get massage very often, Swedish massage is the perfect place to start. During a relaxation massage there is less emphasis on working out serious adhesions or knots in the muscle tissue and the therapist won't push your pain limits in order to get the muscle to release.

Reiki - $60

Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium.

Therapeutic/Deep Tissue

This type of massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots. Trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and other techniques are incorporated into this type of massage.

Cupping

Cupping therapy is an ancient and effective modality widely used in traditional Chinese medicine over thousands of years in China. The Cup is usually made from glass or plastic. Suction is created on the skin and the cup will adhere to the skin for  up to 20 minutes. With the suction, the negative pressure in the cup stimulates the local acupuncture point; to increase blood flow, to loosen up local tight muscles, to relieve pain, to detoxify, and to re-balance the relative organ function. Generally there are no side effects. Most commonly, it may leave temporary cup marks on the skin, which usually happens in the first one or two treatment sessions. The marks will gradually subside and disappear within one to two weeks. Some of the many ailments that cupping can help are: sports injuries, neuromuscular conditions, sinus pressure, TMJD, scars and stretch marks, orthopedic conditions, cellulite reduction, myofascial release, migraines, constipation, fibromyalgia, skin rejuvenation, etc.
